At Ahad Baby Shop, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a return and refund within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

  • Only damaged or defective products are eligible for return/refund.
  • The customer must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
  • proper unboxing video of the product must be provided as proof.

How to Initiate a Return/Refund?

  1. Contact Us Immediately
  2. Provide Required Details
    • Order number
    • Product images/videos (clearly showing damage/defect)
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for refund approval)
  3. Pack the Product Securely
    • Return the product in its original packaging.
  4. Return Process
    • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective items.
  • No returns/exchanges for change of mind or wrong size/color selection.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
